Mr. Bilyea brings a wealth of leadership in Canadian and International business experience to GFR90. His initial career path as a Funeral Director not only provided a working knowledge of the human anatomy it also brought home the reality of human tragedy and health care limitations.
His own Personality Profile was a driving force at a young age to explore the wonders and opportunities of “what could be made possible”.
Mr. Bilyea started his own Financial Corporation in the 80’s as a pioneer of the concept – Work for the Client not the company. Their company philosophy of “Our Independence – Your Opportunity” proved a winning combination and is the goal of most successful Financial Service providers today.
Mr. Bilyea is a proven true entrepreneur with ventures into companies and equipment with a proven pedigree but which lacks markets and innovative marketing skills. One such company uses the science of Magneto Hydro Dynamics for the non-chemical treatment and conditioning of water.
Another on going project is the use of Boundary Air/Laminar Flow Technology. The BA/LF system creates a cushion of air surrounding a product for conveyance. This eliminates friction, drag, reducing product degradation and saves energy in a near zero gravity field.
Mr. Bilyea’ s skills as a seasoned orator, negotiator and relationship builder will prove valuable as we move forward within GFR90.
He has been an active member of several boards, both public and private, and is currently the president of two corporations and the secretary/treasurer of a third.

Mr. Tiffin has over 30 years of experience in medical devices as a healthcare professional, researcher, lecturer, author, manager, consultant, investor, and executive. He has developed medical devices from base technology to commercialization and has been responsible for the international product launch of 12 medical devices – three of which became world category leaders. As a former marketing manager, educator, VP of marketing and sales or leader of business development, Mr. Tiffin knows how to apply market needs to produce product benefits and lasting value propositions for successful market entry.
Mr. Tiffin’s experience has ranged from leading a successful divisional start-up of an international medical device company to becoming North American marketing manager of a Fortune 200 healthcare division to president of healthcare consulting firms. He understands the international healthcare market, how to commercialize medical devices, and how to successfully develop and lead a start-up.
In addition to his medical and healthcare background, Mr. Tiffin has gained extensive expertise in talent management and organizational leadership including executive recruiting, coaching, assessments and other skills at Vice President of an HR Consulting firm.
Mr. Tiffin holds a Bachelor of Science from Western University and a Master of Science Degree in Administration (Healthcare) from Central Michigan University and graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Respiratory Therapy. He is a former Fellow, Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapy.
Mr. Tiffin holds 4 patents; has published over 125 articles, abstracts and editorials (90 peer reviewed) in international medical journals; has lectured extensively on research and statistics; and written a textbook used in colleges in Canada, USA, and Saudi Arabia. He has led a team which developed a medical device used in critical care which has been directly attributed to directly saving several lives as reported in the medical literature.
